I recently used a client’s phone after a meeting in his office. After getting back to my own offices, I received a call from him.
Client: You need to fix my phone line RIGHT NOW. I can’t receive any calls.
Me: Are you calling me from your mobile?
Client: No, from my normal phone.
Me: The one that’s not working?
Client: Yes! I’m trying to call it now with my mobile and all...

Client: I need all of this on a hard drive.
Me: Sure, I can do that. There is about 200 GB of footage. Would you like me to provide the hard drive and just bill you?
Client: No, I will send you one.
The next day I receive a 4GB flash drive with only 320 MB available.
Me: Um, this won’t work, there isn’t nearly enough space.
Client: Can’t you just zip it? Just zip it!
